      One new skill I learned from the web design assignment is how to add Google calender events onto a website. For a teacher's purposes, this is a great tool for keeping parents and students up to date on assignments and other school and classroom events. Another skill I learned was how to add Google forms into a website, which I think would make it easier for teachers to get forms to parents and students, as well as easier for parents and students to find. I think Diigo is great for sharing links to resources to others and I like how it gives you the ability to tell others what the website is all about before they visit it.
